Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Phoenix Airport, AZ

We stayed there one night. It was a nice room. They had fresh baked chocolate chip cookies in the lobby. So about a week ago I was in need of a place and thought of country inn. One again it was a pleasant stay. Clean, friendly and nice breakfasts. Close to everything.

Laura at Country Inn & Suites is outstanding. She checked me in while juggling phone calls and helping other guests with rides , and she still made me feel welcome. She helped us late into the night, even when I locked my keys in the room and needed help with laundry . She handled everything with patience and a great attitude. She’s the reason our stay was such a good experience. I really hope management sees this because she deserves a raise and a promotion .

Exceeded my expectations! Recently upgraded, clean and tastefully modern look. Friendly and efficient staff. Our 2xQueen bedroom was clean, modern and tastefully designed, adequately spacious with all the needed amenities: fridge, microwave, desk, TV. Shower with bathtub. We were on the 1st floor (ground level). No noise from outside or neighboring rooms.

Had low expectations as this was an airline missed connection overnight booking, but it was pretty solid. Room was very large and clean with a couch area and a bed area. Shower was powerful and water was plenty hot. Breakfast was free and even the eggs were dry they hit the spot. Got a free lyft to the airport in the morning which may have been paid for by American but idk. Staff was very nice.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at this hotel! The entire place was very clean and well-kept, and my room was spotless. A huge bonus was discovering they have a coin laundry on-site, which wasn’t listed online — super convenient! Even though the airport shuttle was temporarily down, the staff went above and beyond by arranging Lyft rides in place of the shuttle, which I really appreciated. The check-in process was smooth, and every staff member I interacted with was kind and professional. Overall, I was very happy with my stay — from the cleanliness to the customer service, everything was excellent. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I highly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are modern, clean, and well-equipped. There is a microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, ironing board, and coffee maker. There is a small gym, hot tub, and pool. The free breakfast is the typical that is offered at most hotels, nothing fancy but fills the void. My check-in and interaction with Elora at the front desk was nothing short of spectacular! She has an amazing energy and was very helpful throughout my stay. I will return again!

Everyone was friendly except for the woman at the check- in desk on 3/3/26 at 4pm. I loved the hotel decor and the modern touches. There were a few minor glitches, but overall, it was a good experience and a beautiful hotel.

My mother and I traveled to Phoenix for out first time for a wedding. Our first night was at a different hotel and it wasn’t a great experience. So coming here was a complete 180° difference. They recently remodeled so the rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. Elora at the front desk is an absolute rockstar! The kind of person you want representing your company! She was knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating! 10/10 we will be coming back here if we ever come back to Phoenix.
